Javier Marzal is an independent researcher working on the evolution of power and money, corruption and mass societies in the contemporary era.

His research develops a historical-analytical framework to examine structural transformations in social systems and the relationship between institutional frameworks and the economic and social consequences associated with systemic corruption.

This website presents an ongoing research programme examining the evolution of power and money, corruption and mass societies in the contemporary era.
